Friday the 13th was indeed an unlucky day for golf at Oak Knoll CC. 5 1/2 inches of rain has left the golf course unplayable for this Friday, August 13th. George Sutor, golf course superintendent extraordinaire, remarked he has never seen the amount of rain that fell this morning. This type of rain prompted Sutor to close the course for the rest of the day in an effort to protect the condition of the grass.
